These policies explain the Green Haven on Main account rules used for booking, studio access, credits, no-show handling, refunds, and support.

Member terms of service

By creating an account, booking a class or experience, buying studio access, purchasing a gift, or completing checkout, you agree to follow Green Haven on Main studio policies and to provide accurate booking, contact, and payment information.

  • Bookings are personal to the member or named attendee and should not be transferred without studio approval.
  • Registration is available only while a schedule entry is published, bookable, before its booking deadline, and within capacity.
  • Some classes or events require a signed waiver before booking can be completed.
  • Members are responsible for cancelling bookings they cannot attend before class starts.
  • The studio may cancel, reschedule, close registration, update instructors, or change room assignments when operations require it.

Privacy Policy

Privacy and account data

Green Haven uses member information to operate accounts, bookings, payments, waivers, notifications, recommendations, community features, and support. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in Green Haven application records.

  • Account records may include name, email, phone, preferences, emergency contact details, booking history, waiver signatures, credit activity, payment status, and support notes.
  • Booking and waiver forms may collect participant, guardian, emergency, or medical context needed for studio operations.
  • Community profile fields are member-managed and can be hidden from Community from the account page.
  • Operational email and in-app notifications may be sent for bookings, payments, waivers, no-show handling, cancellations, and support workflows.
  • Members can contact Green Haven for help with account corrections, support questions, or privacy-related requests.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds

Please cancel at least 4 hours before class begins. If a member no-shows for a class, the class credit used for that registration is forfeited. No additional no-show fee will be charged.

  • The cancellation window is 4 hours before class begins.
  • Eligible reserved class credits are returned when a member cancels before class starts, including late cancellations inside the 4-hour window.
  • Late cancellations are marked on the booking, but no additional fee is charged.
  • If a member no-shows for a class, the class credit used for that registration is forfeited. No additional no-show fee will be charged.
  • If Green Haven cancels a class that was booked through a redeemed class gift, the recipient receives one replacement class credit on their account.
  • The platform defaults eligible cancellations to studio credit rather than automatic cash refunds.
  • Supported Stripe refunds are full-refund admin actions. Partial refunds, non-refundable deposits, chargeback handling, and special exceptions require studio review.
  • Please contact Green Haven before opening a bank dispute so the team can review credits, account history, refund options, or support exceptions first.

Memberships & Credits

Studio access rules

  • Single Drop-in credits do not expire.
  • 10 Pack credits expire 180 days after purchase.
  • Prenatal Yoga Series credits do not expire and are limited to eligible prenatal yoga classes.
  • New Member Intro Pass must be first used within 90 days of purchase and is active for 14 days after first use.
  • Memberships provide 1, 2, or 3 class credits per week depending on the selected plan.
  • Membership access, freezes, injury exceptions, cancellation notice, and billing changes should be reviewed with the studio team unless a self-service Stripe option is explicitly provided.
  • Instructor and admin-comp attendance is separated from eligible student attendee counts used for payroll and business reporting.
