Through mindful movement, yoga postures, and breathwork, participants will learn healthy tools to reduce stress, increase focus, and support emotional well-being. Each class concludes with guided journaling, offering a dedicated time for self-reflection, personal growth, and creative expression in a supportive and encouraging environment.
